tun虚拟网卡是点对点设备
tap是虚拟以太网设备，

tun虚拟网卡不支持设置MAC地址。
ifconfig tun0 hw ether XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX,会报错：SIOCSIFHWADDR: Operation not supported。
